• If your organisation has a CharityTracker account, we collect login credentials and usage data within the secure client area to provide access to your brand tracking dashboard.
• Data within client dashboards belongs to the client organisation and is processed under their agreement with us.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide information you’ve requested.
• Send relevant marketing communications (if you’ve opted in or we have a legitimate business interest).
• Improve our website, content, and marketing activity.
• Manage and support client access to the CharityTracker platform.

We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
